So far, the Caribbean team is undefeated at home, thanks to its victories against Venados FC and Correcaminos de la UAT, both by the same score (2-1), in addition to the one they achieved (2-0) against Atlético Morelia.
“There is no other option for the group than to win every game.
We have to continue with that inertia. At home we have become very strong. We have a very solid group, we have to capture it and keep the three points,” said the Cancun player, Alfonso Tamay.
Those led by the teacher, Luis Arce, have distinguished themselves for their good football, dynamic, happy, always offensive, despite their lack of forcefulness in the Altos de Jalisco, meaning they fell by three goals difference.
Now, in six games, Cancún FC has three wins, one draw, two losses, six goals for and six against, for a total of ten points, placed in seventh place.
Against the pack, the balance is three wins, curiously all in 'paradise', two by the same score (1-0 in the Clausura and Apertura 2022 and another (2-0 in the Apertura 2020), respectively.
In the remaining three, but in the 'Tlahuicole', the result favored the Tlaxcaltecas (3-1 in the Apertura 2021) and the remaining pair (1-0 in the Clausura 2021 and Clausura 2023).

Tlaxcala, led by former goalkeeper, Jorge Villalpando, is last in the table, for now, without points. In six games, they have the same number of defeats, the most recent at home (1-2) against Toros del Atlético Celaya.
He barely scored five goals for 16 against, the second worst defense in the competition, surpassed by Alebrijes, with 19, after the historic defeat (7-0) of the Oaxacans against Correcaminos.
As a visitor, in three challenges that he has overcome so far, he received ten goals, three from Venados FC, five from Mineros de Zacatecas and two from the champion, Tapatío. In contrast, in his favor he boasts a couple.
